Open the developer console by pressing the tilde key ~. If it does not open, enable it in Settings → Game → Enable Developer Console.
Type cl_crosshair_t 0 into the console and press Enter.
T-shaped crosshair — removes top line (0 = off, 1 = on). This command works in all game modes including competitive. The default value is 0. Browse the full CS2 console command list, or bake this one into a config with the autoexec generator, bind generator or practice config generator.
