How these work
Every achievement is decided by the server from what you actually did — the result it just recorded plus your own totals. None of them can be claimed by a client saying so, which is the only reason a badge is worth having.
Nothing unlocks twice, and nothing is backfilled. If a new achievement is added, it becomes available the next time you finish a game rather than being retroactively awarded for a day you did not know you were playing for.
Requirements are written out in full above rather than hidden until you trip them. A badge you cannot see the condition for is not a goal, it is a surprise.
