What are CS2 charms?
Charms are small collectible trinkets that hang from your weapon in CS2. They were introduced with The Armory update in October 2024 and can be attached to any weapon you own, where they dangle from the weapon model in-game and in inspects.
How do you attach and detach charms in CS2?
Attach a charm from your inventory by applying it to any weapon you own. Removing it requires a Charm Detachment tool — detached charms return to your inventory intact, so unlike scraping a sticker, removing a charm does not destroy it.
Can charms be traded and sold?
Yes. Charms are tradable and marketable items — you can buy and sell them on the Steam Community Market and third-party marketplaces, and prices range from under a dollar to hundreds of dollars for the most sought-after charms.
What is the most expensive CS2 charm?
Prices move with the market, but the Die-cast AK has consistently been the most valuable charm since release. Check the live price table on this page for the current ranking across marketplaces.
What are charm patterns?
Every charm has a pattern value, and it controls the charm's colouring — not its position. Where the charm hangs is your choice: you drag it onto the spot you want and can rotate and preview before confirming. Pattern travels with the item and cannot be changed; placement resets whenever you detach and reattach. Sought-after pattern ranges can command a premium in trades.
