Gambling involves risk and most players lose money over time. A promo code does not change that — a deposit bonus is a reason to deposit, not an edge. CS2 & CS:GO Promo Codes

Every CSDB referral code in one place — and, more usefully, what the bonus behind a code is actually worth once you read the terms attached to it.

Disclosure: the codes below are ours and the links are affiliate links, so CSDB earns a commission if you sign up through one. That is exactly why this page explains what a wagering requirement does to a bonus rather than just listing the offers.

Every CSDB code

Each of these is read from our own affiliate link rather than copied from another list, so it is the code that actually exists rather than one that was true a year ago. Click a code to copy it and open the site.

What a deposit bonus is actually worth

A bonus is quoted as a headline percentage — “100% up to $500” — but that number is almost never what reaches your withdrawable balance. Three terms decide the real value, and all three sit in the fine print rather than on the banner.

Wagering requirement. The multiple of the bonus you must stake before any of it can be withdrawn. A $100 bonus at 30× means staking $3,000. Every one of those turns is subject to the house edge, so at a 3% edge you would expect to lose about $90 of the $3,000 wagered — which is most of the bonus, before you have withdrawn a penny of it. This is the single most important number on any offer and the one most often omitted from affiliate pages.

Maximum cashout. Many bonuses cap what you can withdraw from bonus winnings regardless of what you actually win, commonly at a small multiple of the bonus. A cap turns an unlikely large win — the only outcome that makes a wagering requirement survivable — into a capped one.

Game weighting. Not every game counts equally toward wagering. Low-edge games are usually weighted down or excluded, precisely because they would let you clear the requirement cheaply. Read which games count before choosing where to play the bonus.

Put together, this is why a bonus is a reason to deposit rather than an edge. It is marketing spend designed to increase how much you wager, and it succeeds at that far more reliably than it pays players.

Why a valid code sometimes doesn’t work

If a code is rejected it is usually one of these rather than a dead code — and the order below is roughly how often we see each cause.

Before you use any code

  • Set a deposit limit first, in account settings, before the first deposit. Doing it while you are calm is the most effective thing on this page.
  • Read the offer on the operator’s own page, not ours and not another affiliate’s. Their terms are the only version that binds anyone.
  • Decide whether you want the bonus at all. Accepting one usually locks your balance until the wagering is cleared. Declining it keeps your deposit withdrawable, which is worth more than most bonuses are.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a wagering requirement?
The multiple of a bonus you must stake before any of it can be withdrawn. A $100 bonus at 30x means staking $3,000. Every one of those turns is subject to the house edge, so at a 3% edge you would expect to lose about $90 of the $3,000 wagered — most of the bonus, before withdrawing a penny. It is the single most important number on any offer and the one most often left off affiliate pages.
Why was my promo code rejected?
Usually because you already have an account — referral codes are nearly always new-account only, and no support ticket changes that. After that: you already deposited and the operator will not apply a code retroactively; another referral is already attached to your account; the site wants the code in a "referral" field rather than a "promo" one; or your country is excluded from the offer even though the site accepts you.
Is a deposit bonus free money?
No. It is marketing spend designed to increase how much you wager, and it succeeds at that far more reliably than it pays players. Accepting one normally locks your balance until the wagering is cleared, so declining it keeps your deposit withdrawable — which is worth more than most bonuses are.
Do I have to type the code, or does the link do it?
It depends on the operator, and it is the most common source of confusion. Where the referral rides in the URL query string the code is usually pre-filled at sign-up. Where it is part of the link path, arriving through the link attaches it and there is often no field to type it into at all — which is why many "the code did not work" reports are really "there was nothing to enter". Each of our brand pages states which applies.
What is a maximum cashout?
A cap on what you can withdraw from bonus winnings regardless of what you actually win, commonly a small multiple of the bonus. It turns an unlikely large win — the only outcome that makes a heavy wagering requirement survivable — into a capped one.

How we put this page together

  • Unverified means blank, not guessed. A dash is a gap we have not confirmed, never a number we assumed. Last checked .
  • We are paid by the operators, and the order is commercial. Outbound links are affiliate links and position is arranged with operators — it is not a quality ranking and we do not present it as one.
  • We publish the negatives, including for partners. Our full methodology covers sourcing, codes and what we refuse to publish.
