cl_allowdownload 1

How to Use

Open the developer console by pressing the tilde key ~. If it does not open, enable it in Settings → Game → Enable Developer Console.

Type cl_allowdownload 1 into the console and press Enter.

Allow downloading resources from servers. This command works in all game modes including competitive. The default value is 1.
