Adjust your mouse sensitivity on the X axis to control how fast you look left and right.

<X Sensitivity>

Set the mouse sensitivity for horizontal (X axis) movement. This controls the speed of looking left and right. The default is 0.022. For balanced mouse movement, use this together with the m_pitch command for the Y axis.
