Luken is using a mouse DPI value of 800, and has increased it further with an in-game sensitivity of 1.25, which totals his effective DPI value to 1000. Generally, this eDPI value is considered high in professional terms, as most players tend to keep it around 800. However, such settings work perfectly fine for Luken.
