Guide On CS2/CSGO Bhop Commands

Looking at the history of the CS series, you will encounter many gameplay differences. The most important of these is undoubtedly bunny hopping. Bhop is a move used primarily by professional players to move quickly or change position suddenly. However, when we go back to the past, it is possible to say that CS:GO bhop commands were used for entertainment. If you have CS 1.6 background, you already know the joy of bhoping in game modes such as Surf, Deathrun, and Jailbreak

So, what exactly is the situation with bhop in CS2? Could new graphics and features be hindering Bhop? Of course not, unless you’re in an official competitive match. In CS2, you can increase your movement speed by using certain bhop commands outside of competitive matches. In this article, we will present you with a list of various CS:GO bhop commands and also talk about what these commands do.

CS2 Bhop Commands List

With the release of CS2, gameplay changed almost wholly last year. There have been major changes, including new graphics and brighter maps. However, the bhop command is still available in CSGO. However, as mentioned above, it only works in non-competitive matches and servers. So, if you want to try the commands, you will need to either use bots or enter one of the community servers. Now, without further ado, let’s take a closer look at the CS2 Bhop commands.

  • sv_cheats; sv_autobunnyhopping: Auto bhop command is very popular among players. We recommend this command, especially if you have just started bunny hopping. After typing the command into the console, you will automatically start jumping if you just press and hold the “Space” key. Then, you have to rotate and accelerate using the “A” and “D” keys.
  • sv_enablebunnyhopping: The maximum running speed limits of the player using the command are removed.
  • sv_maxvelocity: Determines the maximum speed limit any object can reach in a game. The default setting is 3500.
  • sv_staminamax: You will not receive a penalty after reaching maximum stamina.
  • sv_staminalandcost: After pressing the space key and jumping, you receive a stamina penalty every time you fall. However, you can adjust the penalty with this command.
  • sv_staminajumpcost: It works similarly to the sv_staminalandcost 0,050” command and adjusts the penalty on the stamina renewal rate.
  • sv_accelerate_use_weapon_speed: If you have a knife or gun in hand while accelerating, your speed will not be affected by their weight.
  • sv_staminarecoveryrate: Adjusts the self-recovery speed of your stamina.
  • sv_airaccelerate: Adjusts how fast you can accelerate while floating.

As you can see, these commands can be used in CS2. We put down what they are used for so you do not get confused. Now let’s explain how you can add CS:GO bhop commands to the console in a few steps.

How to Enable CS2 Developer Console?

In order to use all the bhop commands we just listed, you first need to activate the developer console. To do this, you can quickly follow the steps below.

  • First, run the game and proceed to the home page.
  • Then, click the “Settings” button with a cog symbol on the top left.
  • After clicking, go to the “Game” section on the page that opens and switch the “Enable Developer Console” option to “Yes”.

That’s it. By the way, a standard key assignment is generally used to operate the console. If there is a special key you want, you can change the key assignment by clicking the “Go To Console Key Binding” button in the same settings tab.

The Most Used CS2 Bhop Commands

All commands under the CS:GO bhop command heading in our article consists of entirely default settings. Therefore, you can personalize the commands numerically according to your usage needs. However, we have rearranged the commands based on two different gameplays so you do not get confused and waste time.

Super Fast Bhop Commands

If you want to push the limits of CS2 and increase the amount of fun, super fast bhop commands may be useful. To do this, simply open your console and copy and paste the following commands:

“sv_cheats 1; sv_autobunnyhopping 1; sv_enablebunnyhopping 1; sv_maxvelocity 7000;sv_staminamax 0; sv_staminalandcost 0; sv_staminajumpcost 0; sv_accelerate_use_weapon_speed 0; sv_staminarecoveryrate 0; sv_airaccelerate 2000;

This entire list of bhop commands allows you to reach the maximum speed provided by the game in CS:GO. You cannot further modify these commands or increase their values.

Regular Fast Bhop Commands

If you do not want to push the limits of the game and want to bhop within the framework offered to you, then you need to use the following commands. These commands are the default settings of a classic CS2 server. Of course, we want to remind you that you still need to play the game on a server where the “sv_cheats” command is running. Here are the regular bhop commands:

“sv_cheats 1; sv_autobunnyhopping 1; sv_enablebunnyhopping 0; sv_maxvelocity 3500; sv_staminamax 0; sv_staminalandcost 0.050; sv_staminajumpcost 0.080; sv_accelerate_use_weapon_speed 0; sv_staminarecoveryrate 0; sv_airaccelerate 12;
