<0 / 1>Enable or disable round win conditions. When disabled, events like bomb detonations or team eliminations won't end the round, making it continue indefinitely until manually stopped. By default, win conditions are enabled.

<Amount>Sets the maximum allowed difference in player count between two teams. For example, if set to 1, a player cannot join a team if it would make that team have more than one player compared to the other. Setting it to 0 disables this restriction. Default is 2.
mp_match_can_clinch
CS2 and CSGOmp_match_can_clinch
<0 / 1>Sets whether the match ends automatically when one team wins enough rounds to make it impossible for the other team to catch up. For example, in competitive mode, the match ends when a team reaches 16 rounds in a 30-round game by default.
