Commands in this category can be used to change server and host settings like IP addresses, query settings, etc. They're useful in private servers, dedicated servers and for use as rcon commands.
How to Use CS:GO & CS2 Commands
First, turn on the developer console. Go to Settings > Game Settings and switch "Enable Developer Console" to Yes.
Press the ` or ~ key on your keyboard to open the console.
Type in a command, or copy it from here, hit ENTER, and you’re good to go!
Controls whether client settings are restricted to their allowed minimum and maximum values to prevent unfair competitive advantages. Enabled (1) is the default and recommended setting.
Controls whether the damage a player deals or receives during the current round is shown in the console upon their death. Enabled by default to help you track damage statistics after dying. Set to 0 to disable this feature.
Controls whether dead players can talk to alive players. Set to 1 (default) to allow dead players to speak to alive players. Set to 0 to prevent dead players from talking to alive players. Dead players can always hear both dead and alive players.
Use this command to enable or disable the team selection menu on the client side. Setting it to 1 prevents players from opening the team selection menu during the game.
