The Best Anime Skins in CS2

The Best Anime Skins CS2

It’s not bizarre to say that Anime and gaming go hand in hand. Valve is a smart company, so they have combined these two hobbies, giving players a variety of CS2 skins with Anime-like designs.

If you’re both an Anime and Counter-Strike fan, express your personality in-game with the top ten CSGO anime skins!

M4A4 | Temukau

The design of the M4A4 | Temukau screams Anime. It is the newest Japanese-themed skin, and there is still a lot of hype surrounding it. The Temukau features an Anime style that includes an image of a female Counter-Terrorist agent preventing an incoming rush. Japanese writings can be found around the design, and this skin is as Anime as it gets.

  • Flavor Text: “Stand your ground!”
  • Release Date: February 10, 2023
  • Price Range: $8.00 – $160.00
  • Collection: The Revolution Collection

Overall, the Temukau boasts vibrant colors, using light blue, white, and pink accents to make the skin stand out. You can grab this skin in Battle-Scarred condition for less than ten dollars, but you should aim for a Minimal Wear copy if your wallet allows it.

AUG | Akihabara Accept

It would be a crime not to place the AUG | Akihabara Accept in the top two, which is why it takes second place. The skin follows a heat transfer vinyl design on an Anime magazine cover. It follows a very similar concept to the Temukau, where a female Counter-Terrorist agent is printed on the weapon with Japanese writings populating the skin.

  • Flavor Text: “Yatta!”
  • Release Date: May 26, 2015
  • Price Range: $450.00 – $990.00
  • Collection: The Rising Sun Collection

This AUG skin is one of the first “real” CSGO Anime skins released in the game, and it made waves in the community during its debut. It is a very iconic skin in the Counter-Strike community and remains very pricey despite being dropped almost a decade ago.

AWP | Oni Taiji

Next on the list is arguably the Anime skin with the most detailed design, the AWP | Oni Taiji. This skin’s concept dates back to Japan’s history, specifically its samurai era. The Oni Taiji’s design follows an Anime-style hand-painting of a colorful samurai taking on an “Oni,” which translates to a demon or demonic creature.

  • Flavor Text: “Face your demons”
  • Release Date: May 24, 2017
  • Price Range: $247.00 – $723.00
  • Collection: The Operation Hydra Collection

Eye-catching colors were used when designing this AWP, and the color combinations are nothing short of a masterpiece. The Oni Taiji is the perfect skin if you’re looking for comprehensive designs and a touch of Japanese history.

M4A1-S | Player Two

The M4A1-S | Player Two has an old-school, retro Anime design. Though the skin follows a Japanese style of art, the design actually features French concepts. The skin has been custom-painted with animated versions of a GIGN Counter-Terrorist and Pop Dog. GIGN is an elite police tactical unit of the National Gendarmerie of France.

  • Flavor Text: “Press Start…”
  • Release Date: March 31, 2020
  • Price Range: $15.00 – $125.00
  • Collection: The Prisma 2 Collection

The comic-like sketches on the Player Two skin use bright colors that will grab anyone’s attention. The skin’s design has a lot going on, but it is a perfect choice if you’re a fan of complex designs.

AK-47 | Bloodsport

The AK-47 | Bloodsport is considered one of the most fabulous AK-47 skins released in the game. We didn’t put it too high on the list as the Anime style is not as apparent as the skins above it. The Bloodsport skin has been covered in white logo decals over red and black colors. A Japanese kanji writing translating to “lightning” can be found at the top of the skin.

  • Flavor Text: “Co-driver wanted”
  • Release Date: March 16, 2017
  • Price Range: $115.00 – $160.00
  • Collection: The Spectrum Collection

The Bloodsport is easily one of the cleanest and most well-designed skins in the entire game. Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts to getting your hands on a Bloodsport. The Battle-Scarred version of the skin will already cost you over a hundred bucks.

MAC-10 | Sakkaku

The MAC-10 | Sakkaku is the cheapest Anime skin on the list, but that doesn’t make it bad. It was released in the same case as the M4A4 | Temukau, making it a recent addition to the game. The skin’s concept is straightforward yet alluring. Sakkaku features an Anime girl staring at you with her red, seductive eyes.

  • Flavor Text: “Make your perception their reality”
  • Release Date: February 10, 2023
  • Price Range: $0.25 – $1.20
  • Collection: The Revolution Collection

This MAC-10 skin is nothing short of an Anime-themed skin and is exactly what hardcore fans look for in a skin. The best part about the Sakkaku is you can immediately grab a Factory New version of the skin for a little over a dollar.

Sawed-Off | Kiss♥Love

Honestly speaking, the Sawed-Off | Kiss♥Love is probably the most “CSGO Anime skin” in the game and has a sick design. However, the Sawed-Off just isn’t the most popular weapon choice, so we can’t rank this skin too high on the list.

  • Flavor Text: “I won’t take no for an answer; I have to have it!”
  • Release Date: July 1, 2022
  • Price Range: $2.60 – $11.20
  • Collection: The Recoil Collection

Living up to its name, the Kiss♥Love uses feminine colors, mainly pink and purple. The main highlight of the skin is the starry-eyed woman with mesmerizing eyes. It has an adorable and vibrant design; only the realest of men would rock this skin in their loadout.

Glock-18 | Bullet Queen

You will always start every round with a Glock-18 on the Terrorist side, so you should definitely look for a good Anime skin for the starting pistol. The Glock-18 | Bullet Queen features a War maiden wearing a pink jacket, painted in an animated manner, surrounded by bullets flying around.

  • Flavor Text: “I’ll stop shooting when you start shushing”
  • Release Date: March 31, 2020
  • Price Range: $3.70 – $52.50
  • Collection: The Prisma 2 Collection

The Bullet Queen is a relatively chaotic skin, with yellow, black, and white colors. Though there’s a lot going on, it is still a well-detailed skin. Being a Covert-tier skin in the Prisma 2 Collection, players will have to pay a premium to get their hands on this Glock-18 skin. It costs over fifty dollars to get a Factory New copy.

MP9 | Mount Fuji

The MP9 | Mount Fuji features a charming design, but we’ve put it relatively low on the list as it doesn’t boast any apparent Anime features. As the name suggests, this MP9 skin is based on an acrylic painting of Japan’s famous mountain, Mount Fuji. The skin is set at dawn, making the sun clearly visible.

  • Flavor Text: “The red sun rises”
  • Release Date: September 22, 2021
  • Price Range: $3.00 – $10.40
  • Collection: The Operation Riptide Collection

Though it does not include any Anime-style characters or text, we’ve decided to include the MP9 | Mount Fuji on the list as it remains Japan-themed and is an incredible-looking skin. You don’t have to break your bank to afford this skin, as it will only cost you ten dollars for a Factory New one.

Galil AR | Kami

To end the list, we have one of the oldest CSGO Anime skins. The Galil AR | Kami was introduced to the game in 2014, a decade ago. Unlike the other skins on the list, the Kami uses a Manga design instead of an Anime one. Its concept is more focused on the comic side of Anime, as it only uses black and white.

  • Flavor Text: “Some ghosts won’t stay buried”
  • Release Date: May 1, 2014
  • Price Range: $2.50 – $4.00
  • Collection: The Huntsman Collection

“Kami” in Japanese translates to “God,” making it an avid skin choice if you feel that way about your skills on the server. Despite the name, there are no evident clues of any God being etched on the skin. Still, the Galil AR | Kami remains a solid and affordable skin you can get for a maximum of four dollars.
