fps_max_tools

Sets a separate frame rate limit for tools mode when a window other than the game is active. This helps reduce FPS in tools mode without changing the main game's fps_max. Set to 0 to disable the tools mode limit.

<Frames per second>

Sets the max frames per second in tools mode when the game window is not focused. Use 0 to remove the limit.
