JUST CS2 Settings: Full Config, Crosshair & Peripherals

Tiago “JUST” Moura is a professional Counter-Strike 2 player from Portugal, who is currently a rifling support player for KOI. However, he was mainly known for his time under SAW before making the transition. Though Portugal isn’t the largest Counter-Strike country in the world, JUST has certainly made his presence known in the global scene. If you are inspired by JUST’s gameplay, you can play exactly like him by using his CS2 settings and peripherals.

JUST Mouse Settings

Being able to support your team and frag at the same time is a pretty tall task, but JUST manages to do it very effectively. Here are the mouse settings that allow him to do so.

Mouse Settings Value
DPI 400
Sensitivity 1.90
Effective DPI (eDPI) 760
Zoom Sensitivity 1.00
Hz 1000
Windows Sensitivity  6

JUST is using a mouse DPI value of 400 and has increased it with a mouse sensitivity of 1.9, which totals his effective DPI value to 760. Overall, this eDPI falls very close to the average professional Counter-Strike player, so there’s nothing too crazy about his settings.

JUST Crosshair Settings

Another reason that makes JUST a top player can probably be attributed to his crosshair settings that allow him to delete heads at will. Here are the crosshair settings JUST uses.

Crosshair Setting Value
Style Classic Static
Follow Recoil No
Dot No
Length 3
Thickness 0
Gap -2
Outline No
Color Green
Sniper Width 0

Being one of the older players in the scene, JUST is using a very prominent crosshair in the earlier years of Counter-Strike, when most players preferred large crosshairs. His crosshair is huge, with a length value of 3. However, he has made it appear a little smaller with a thickness of 0 and gap of -2.

JUST Viewmodel Settings

Another set of settings you might want to consider copying from JUST is his viewmodel settings. Having a good viewmodel will take you a long way in CS2, as you can see more of your screen with the right settings.

Viewmodel Setting Value
FOV 68
Offset X 2.5
Offset Y 0
Offset Z -1.5
Presetpos 2

Like most professional players, JUST is also using the maximum FOV value of 68. Additionally, his viewmodel offset settings are identical to what everyone else is using, so these are some very standard viewmodel settings.

JUST Viewmodel Config

If you want to try a standard and safe viewmodel, you can always copy what JUST is using with the console commands provided below.

viewmodel_fov 68; viewmodel_offset_x 2.5; viewmodel_offset_y 0; viewmodel_offset_z -1.5; viewmodel_presetpos 2;

JUST Video Settings

Next, we’ll take a look at the video settings JUST is using.

JUST Resolution and Aspect Ratio

The first set of video settings include JUST’s resolution and aspect ratio, which are two of the most important settings in this category.

Video Setting Value
Resolution 1024×768
Aspect Ratio 4:3
Scaling Mode Black Bars
Brightness 100%
Display Mode Fullscreen

Like most professional players, JUST is using the 4:3 aspect ratio. However, he is using a very low resolution of 1024×768. On top of that, he’s also using black bars, which is very rare nowadays.

JUST Advanced Video Settings

If you’re looking to try playing on black bars and do not know what advanced video settings to use, you can copy some of what JUST is running.

Video Setting Value
Boost Player Contrast Disabled
V-Sync Disabled
NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency Unknown
NVIDIA G-Sync Unknown
Maximum FPS In Game Unknown
Multisampling Anti-Aliasing Mode None
Global Shadow Quality Unknown
Dynamic Shadows Unknown
Model / Texture Detail Low
Texture Filtering Mode Bilinear
Shader Detail Low

Unfortunately, JUST has never made his advanced video settings public. However, we imagine he is using low settings since he is playing on the 4:3 aspect ratio. We’ll make sure to update it when we find out!

JUST Radar Settings

Radar Setting Value
Radar Centers Player Yes
Radar is Rotating Yes
Toggle Shape With Scoreboard Yes
Radar HUD Size 1.00
Radar Map Zoom 0.5

Overall, most of JUST’s radar settings are pretty normal. His radar map zoom is set right at the middle with 0.5, meaning it’s not too zoomed out, nor is it too zoomed in.
